At Chisholm Trail Youth Dorper Association, our focus is on the youth that are involved in animal projects, community service and wanting to learn more about the agricultural community. We host 2 events a year one in the summer where we focus on more educational events for the members, and conclude with a youth show. Then in the fall we host a HUGE event for all breeds of sheep with an open and youth breeding sheep show, contests and conclude with a market show for lambs and goats. One of our goals is to provide our members scholarships for college if they meet all of the requirements, and our fall event serves as a fundraiser for that goal.
